Originally from Shirakawa Japan, brothers Haruto & Honoka Nakamura arrived to the United States in 1980. From there, they developed a passion for delivering authentic Japanese Cuisine to their newfound friends. Working as restauranteurs in their home country, brothers Nakamura aquired the experience & means to open up their own shop. For over 30 years now, Shirakawa Sushi has consistently delivered an authentic Japanese dining experience to the fine town of Golden, Colorado.

Transitioning back to normal

We are happy to announce that in accordance with Colorado state law, we will be able to once again offer a robust indoor dining experience. To keep in accordance with CDC recommendations, we will still encourage social distancing measures, as our indoor capacity is 85% what it previously was, pre-pandemic.
